Earlier today, we released a consumer report which looks at data from the online shopping process. What’s interesting in the study is that the average consumer who shops online for health insurance is subject to what we’re calling the “ Insurance Exchange Effect .” As a result of this “Effect,” the premiums and deductibles of health insurance plans researched by casual shoppers differ from plans that are actually purchased and go into force.
